About Us

The Inclusion Firm is a national consulting practice that focuses on developing inclusive strategies for organizational change. Our work is grounded in integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion research, theories and teachings into nonprofit organizational environments.

The Inclusion Firm brings a wealth of experience and distinction to your work. We are nonprofit and DEI experts who have spent decades as industry leaders adapting “best practices” into “better practices.”

As current and former nonprofit leaders, we understand the nuances of the nonprofit world and every team member’s role. We know what your day is like, we are aware of typical policies and procedures, and we are knowledgeable of national models and frameworks.
