Jessica Elmore, Ed.D

 Jessica Elmore, Ed.D., (she/her), Senior Consultant is a nationally recognized strategist, facilitator, and thought partner who helps organizations build inclusive, trust-centered engagement strategies that deepen belonging, strengthen leadership pipelines, and drive sustainable impact. With more than 15 years of experience across higher education, nonprofit, and association sectors, Jessica brings a rare blend of advancement expertise, partnership development, and movement-informed practice.

Today, as a consultant with The Inclusion Firm, Jessica advises colleges, universities, nonprofits, foundations, and associations on inclusive engagement strategy, leadership development, donor and partner relationships, and movement-informed program design. Her work sits at the intersection of community, culture, and systems change, supporting organizations navigating complexity—organizational transformation, equity commitments, and evolving stakeholder expectations. Her approach emphasizes relational intelligence, shared power, and accountability, helping leaders move from intention to implementation.

Previously, Jessica served in a senior leadership role at the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), where she led cross-cultural learning and inclusive advancement initiatives for institutions across the U.S. and globally. She designed and delivered high-impact training and strategy engagements for universities and nonprofits—that assisted in practical organizational behavioral change. She also contributed to CASE Insights’ Best Practices in Advancement for HBCUs, shaping national guidance on culturally centered fundraising and engagement.

Earlier in her career, Jessica spent over a decade at Kansas State University as Associate Director of Multicultural Alumni Programs, where she played a key role in the university’s first billion-dollar comprehensive campaign. She advised on the $6.4 million Multicultural Student Center initiative, cultivated and stewarded major and principal gift donors, and led more than 300 engagement experiences that strengthened alumni leadership, volunteerism, and philanthropic participation across identity-based and affinity communities.

Jessica is a sought-after speaker and facilitator known for translating complex cultural and organizational challenges into clear, actionable strategies. She supports leaders navigating change, growth, and accountability while centering equity, relational intelligence, and long-term sustainability.

She holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and an MBA from Kansas State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Grambling State University.
